Ingredients for Salted Waffle Poached Egg Recipe

How to Make Poached Eggs on Salted Waffles?
- For the hollandaise sauce, place a heatproof bowl in a saucepan, fill it halfway with water and bring it to a boil.
- After the water boils, whisk the egg yolks into the bowl you put them on. In another pan, melt the butter, taking care not to burn it.
- Add the vinegar and then the melted butter to the beaten eggs and continue whisking until you get a smooth consistency. Add salt and pepper and make it ready to serve.
- Mix all the ingredients for the waffle except the egg whites. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg to fluff and combine all the ingredients.
- Pour the waffle dough into your preheated and buttered machine with the help of a ladle. If you do not have a machine, you can do the same in a pan.
- For eggs, pour half of water into a pot and add vinegar to it and let it boil.
- Crack your egg into a bowl so that it does not lose its shape while the water is boiling.
- Turn down the boiling water, create a swirl by making circular movements with the help of a spoon, and carefully drop the egg you cracked into the bowl into the water. Remove after cooking for 5 minutes.
- Chop the spinach into small pieces and fry in butter with salt and pepper.
- For the guacamole sauce, mash the avocado with a fork and add all the ingredients and mix well. Put the waffle on your plate first, then the roasted spinach.
- Place raw spinach on top of roasted spinach for a livelier look. Pour your hollandaise sauce on it.
- Add the guacamole sauce to your plate in a separate bowl. If you wish, you can decorate your plate with fresh onions, dried meat or mozzarella cheese.
