Ingredients for Lasagna Recipe


  • 9 sheets of lasagna
  • 1 onion
  • 400 g minced meat
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 2 green peppers
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of water
  • 150 g grated cheddar cheese

For the bechamel sauce

  • 4~5 cups of milk
  • 60 g butter
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • Salt
  • Grated nutmeg

How to Make Lasagna

  • Cut the onion into cubes and fry in olive oil. Finely chop the garlic and mix it with the onion. Add the minced meat and cook on high heat for 10 minutes. Add salt.
  • Peel the carrots, cut them into cubes and add them to the ground beef. Add the celery stalks and peppers by chopping them 1 cm thick.
  • Grate 2 of the tomatoes and add them to the mince mixture along with water and cook on medium heat.
  • Add the diced tomatoes and spices and cook for 1-2 more minutes, then remove from the stove.
  • For the b├ęchamel sauce, melt the butter. Add the flour and fry until browned. Add milk little by little while continuing to mix.
  • Add salt and grated nutmeg and cook until thickened. Spread a small amount of bechamel sauce on the bottom of the baking dish.
  • Arrange three lasagnas on top of each other. Spread 1/3 of the bechamel sauce on it and spread half of the minced meat. Sprinkle some of the cheddar cheese and lay the lasagna on it. Repeat the same process.
  • After pouring bechamel sauce on top and sprinkling with cheddar cheese, bake in the oven set at 200 degrees until the top is golden brown.
  • Take it out of the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes, then slice and serve.
