  • 2 packets of vanilla

How to Make Kiwi Cheesecake

  • Pass the biscuits through the rondo and add the butter and mix. Spread the biscuits in the springform tin and flatten them by pressing.
  • In a separate bowl, separate the yolk from the egg white. On the other hand, whisk the labneh cheese and cottage yoghurt. Then add the egg yolks and sugar and beat. Then add vanilla, flour and starch and continue beating.
  • Beat the egg whites that you set aside until they get a solid consistency, add them to the cream mixture and mix with a spatula without extinguishing. Pour the mixture on the biscuit base and bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Take it out of the oven and let it cool.
  • Chop the kiwis and transfer them to the blender bowl, add sugar and pass them through the blender. Spread on cooled cheesecake and garnish with sliced ​​kiwis. Let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 4-5 hours and serve by slicing.
