Materials:

1/4 cabbage (250 g)
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup of chopped dill
1 carrot (large)
1 teaspoon mustard
2 teaspoons of mayonnaise
3 tablespoons of yogurt
1 tablespoon of vinegar
1/4 slice of lemon
3 tablespoons of olive oil

Preparation of:

Finely chop the cabbage, wash and pat dry. Sprinkle salt on it and knead for 1-2 minutes by pressing it in your hand. Leave it like this for 10 minutes to release its water. Then strain the water and take it into a large bowl by squeezing it with your hand to remove the remaining water. Grate the carrot and remove the dill and add it to the cabbages.
