Cut your cauliflower into bite-sized pieces. Then add enough water to rise a little above the cauliflower you put in your deep pot and let it boil. However, you need to be careful not to boil it too much. Drain the water after the initial hardness has passed. Put it in a frying pan and wait for it to heat up. On the other hand, put the egg and flour in two different bowls. After adding the salt into the flour, dip the cauliflower into the egg first, then in the flour, then again in the egg and throw it into the frying pan.
