– 250 ml of almond milk

– 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder

– A spoonful of cinnamon

– 2 dried dates (pitted)


– Crush all the ingredients with a hand blender until they become a homogeneous liquid.

– Pour the mixture into a saucepan and heat over low heat.

– Pour into a glass and enjoy.

– 1 liter of apple juice

– 200 ml of orange juice

– For pumpkin puree, remove the seeds from the pumpkin, cut it into small pieces and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 40 minutes (it should be soft). Take it out, let it cool, puree it. You can either store pumpkin puree in the refrigerator or freeze it in portions.
