Ingredients for Chinese Salad Recipe

  • 1 cup of jasmine rice
  • 2 red peppers
  • 2/3 cup canned corn
  • 6-7 pickled gherkins
  • 3-4 sprigs of dill
  • 1 onion
  • 2 spring onions
  • Olive oil
  • Lemon
  • Salt

How to Make Chinese Salad

  • Wash the rice in cold water as well.
  • Add 1 cup of water and boil it.
  • All the ingredients are cut into small cubes.
  • Add the chopped vegetables on the cooled rice.
  • Add the dill and onion finely chopped.
  • Olive oil, lemon and salt are mixed in a bowl. The sauce is poured over the salad and served.
