Ingredients for Chinese Salad Recipe
- 1 cup of jasmine rice
- 2 red peppers
- 2/3 cup canned corn
- 6-7 pickled gherkins
- 3-4 sprigs of dill
- 1 onion
- 2 spring onions
- Olive oil
- Lemon
- Salt
How to Make Chinese Salad
- Wash the rice in cold water as well.
- Add 1 cup of water and boil it.
- All the ingredients are cut into small cubes.
- Add the chopped vegetables on the cooled rice.
- Add the dill and onion finely chopped.
- Olive oil, lemon and salt are mixed in a bowl. The sauce is poured over the salad and served.
