Ingredients for Chicken Salad with Sour Cream Sauce
For the classic coriander sauce
- 1/2 cup fresh coriander (roughly chopped)
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons of lime juice
- 2 cloves of garlic (finely chopped)
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- 1 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1 teaspoon of thyme
- 1 teaspoon of salt
For the creamy salad dressing
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup strained yogurt
- 1/2 cup fresh coriander (chopped)
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 cloves of garlic (finely chopped)
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- 1 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1 teaspoon of thyme
- 1 teaspoon of salt
for salad
- 1 small atom salad
- 2 cups grechka (Boiled)
- 1 cup black beans (Boiled)
- 3/4 cup corn (boiled or roasted)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (cut in half)
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup salad dressing of choice
How to Make Chicken Salad with Sour Cream Sauce?
- Whisk all the ingredients for both salad dressings in a bowl until smooth.
- Marinate the chicken breast with the classic coriander sauce and leave for 20-25 minutes. Then cook in a grilled cast iron pan until golden brown.
- Take all the ingredients for the salad in a bowl and mix them with the dressing you want. Then take it to the serving plate. Slice the grilled chicken you cooked on it and serve it after pouring the yoghurt and coriander sauce.
