  • 50 g butter

How to Make Béchamel Sauce?

  • Bechamel sauce is made by heating the milk. 500 ml of milk is taken into a pot and boiled.
  • In a saucepan, melt 60 g of butter. 40 gr flour is thrown into the melted fat. This mixture is called roux. Roast for 1 minute.
  • Here you should not allow the flour to change color too much. The sauce should be a white sauce.
