You should not take a shower right away

If you’re taking a shower by running after exercise, it’s time to put this habit aside. Before taking a shower, you should wait for your increased heart rhythm during exercise to return. For this, instead of returning home quickly after an intense jog, you can slowly restore your heart rhythm by taking a small-step walk.
Water temperature matters
After exercise, you should take a shower with neither hot nor cold water. Taking a shower with warm water is the healthiest.
You shouldn’t stay long in the shower
Getting in and out of the shower can be difficult. However, if you prefer not to stay long after taking a shower, it will be healthier for you. Frequent and prolonged showering damages the skin.
