Artichoke Stew Recipe Ingredients:​
- 5 gum artichokes
- 2 cups fine bulgur
- 200 g semi-dried tomatoes (diced)
- half a bunch of dill
- Half a bunch of fresh mint
- Half bunch of parsley
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon ground red pepper (hot to taste)
- olive oil
- Salt
- Black pepper

Artichoke Spring Potato Step-by-Step Recipe
- Clean and thinly slice the artichoke.
- Put 2 glasses of water in a deep and small saucepan, add a little salt and boil until soft.
- Clean all other greens and chop finely.
- Take the boiled artichoke out of the water.
